The fight is ON.
President Trump has nominated Judge Brett Kavanaugh to be the next Supreme Court Justice.
If you care about ...
... the principle that no one is above the law, and that a President under investigation should not get to select a Justice who will give him a free pass
... womens' rights and reproductive freedom ... GLBTQ equality ... families being torn apart on our borders
... clean, safe air and drinking water and saving a planet under extreme threat
... overturning Citizens United and getting money out of politics ... voting rights and civil rights
... the fact that because of insane gerrymandering, when Democrats get more votes, Republicans can still win more seats in Congress
... workers' rights and protections, and unions' ability to compete with right-wing, big-money donors during elections on behalf of the people, not billionaires and corporations
... innumerable other progressive policies and goals over the next few >decades<, not just four years
... then you need to take action to keep Kavanaugh -- and any other conservative -- off the court.

Yes, our Senators oppose Kavanaugh,
but they need to hear from us that merely voting against him won't stop his being approved.
Democrats must delay a vote on any Trump pick until after the November election, just as Republicans denied a vote on President Obama's pick, Merrick Garland (a centrist with Republican support!)
